Leadership Development Programme
Encompassing leadership styles, team building, problem solving and
communication. This involved all levels within the company from shop floor to
Board Level.

Working Together Programme
Inter-departmental sessions to explore opportunities to change the working arrangements, roles and responsibilities, shorten the project time scales and increase the profit margin. There was a need to change some of the staff attitudes, drive out the 'ideas' and get the team to own the process.

Getting Results Through People
Rapid expansion of an IT company meant that internal promotions had been made
without any formal development programme for newly appointed managers. There
was a need to improve their communication and interpersonal skills and establish
clearly defined areas for their own and their team member's personal development.
